Hi Stargazers!

The stars this week are offering us the chance to ground what has recently shifted.

After we make a move, the need for structure becomes clear. If you feel overwhelmed or exhausted, it isn’t a sign of failure—it’s information telling us that our current setup can’t support the new reality taking shape.

Questions around authority and responsibility come into focus. Decisions that were once handled informally or carried alone may begin to feel unsustainable. There’s a growing recognition that doing everything ourselves isn’t strength—it’s strain. How responsibility is held, shared, or redistributed becomes unavoidable.

Life naturally seeks efficiency this week. Systems—workflows, relationships, routines—push toward better balance. When too much weight rests in one place, the imbalance becomes too heavy to ignore. Reorganization is not about bossing everything around or forcing things to obey us. It’s about making things fit together in a way that makes sense.

For example, if school, work, friends, or life are all mixed up, we might feel stressed. Reorganizing—such as delegating—means moving things around so they support each other rather than fight against each other. Reorganization is about helping things line up and flow smoothly, not about being strict, controlling, or perfect.

As structure improves, tension eases. Clear, established limits replace constant reactivity and endless exhaustion, and roles become better defined. Security follows, and we become unstoppable as our expectations feel more realistic and what once felt chaotic begins to settle into something workable.

By the end of the week, alignment returns. Life feels less scattered and more ordered. Decisions carry less emotional charge. Stability replaces urgency. The new reality starts to feel inhabitable rather than overwhelming.

In my weekly write-ups, I refrain from using “astrological jargon” because it really doesn't make sense to people who know nothing about archetypal astrology. But I do indicate my science in the transits. General transit forecasts tell us what is going on in the world and how people are acting in general. Detailed and specific forecasts are of course read in relation to your birth chart.

Keep in Mind

Aquarius is medically associated with the ankles, circulation, and the nervous system—areas connected to movement, flexibility, and responsiveness. This season often highlights the need for lightness, spaciousness, and adaptability rather than force or rigidity. In the Aquarius exercise from my upcoming new Mindware App release (iOS), the medical mantra “I am light and buoyant” is used as a somatic reminder of these qualities. If you’d like to explore the daily archetypal influences more deeply, you can access them through the in-app subscription.

Essential Oil of the Moment: Aquarius

As Aquarius season begins, the Aquarius Essential Oil Blend offers a simple way to work consciously with the tone of the month. Grounding cedarwood and patchouli are balanced with bright citrus and floral notes, creating a scent that feels both stabilizing and expansive. Many people use this blend as a sensory anchor during periods that emphasize perspective, collaboration, and openness—whether diffused in shared spaces, worn during reflection, or incorporated into intentional routines. Designed to complement Aquarius themes rather than override them, this blend supports presence, clarity, and conscious engagement throughout the season.

Are You an Aquarius?

If you’re an Aquarius—or if you’re seeking clarity around how Aquarius season may personally affect you—a chart reading can offer insight into where these themes are showing up in your life and what cycles are being activated for you specifically. For Aquarians, this is also the time of your solar return. A solar return reading looks at the year ahead, highlighting major themes, opportunities, and areas of growth as you begin your next journey around the Sun. If you’re interested in body-based or healing support, you can also explore healing sessions, depending on what you’re seeking at this time.

Teachings of the Transits

February 1, 2026

The week—and the month—begin under the glow of a Full Moon in Leo, cresting late Sunday into Monday. This Full Moon brings emotions to the surface around visibility, self-expression, and the need to be acknowledged. Something reaches a point of culmination here: a realization about where we’ve been overgiving our energy or tying our confidence to external validation. There’s an invitation to reclaim joy that is self-generated, not earned.

February 2, 2026

By Monday, the mood subtly shifts. With the Sun forming a tense connection to Saturn—falling fittingly on Groundhog Day—the theme of repetition becomes clear. Patterns you thought you’d outgrown may resurface, not as punishment but as feedback. Saturn doesn’t rush; it asks for responsibility and maturity. If something feels heavy or limiting, it’s showing you where greater self-respect and structure are needed. This is a moment to ask whether you’re living from intention or habit.

February 3, 2026

Early Tuesday, Mercury forms a supportive connection with Chiron, opening the door to healing through words. Conversations can be quietly powerful now—especially those that name old wounds without drama. Insight comes from honesty, and there’s relief in realizing you don’t need to explain yourself the way you once did. This is a gentle day for reframing your story and softening your inner dialogue.

February 4, 2026

As the week moves into Wednesday, sensitivity rises again. The Sun’s friction with Neptune can blur motivation and direction, leaving you feeling foggy or unsure of what you want. At the same time, Uranus stations direct, creating an undercurrent of forward momentum that has been quietly building for months. What felt stalled begins to move—but not all at once. Later that day, Venus connects with Chiron, reinforcing the theme of emotional healing. Relationships—especially with yourself—can mend through compassion rather than effort.

February 5, 2026

By Thursday, mental energy becomes more erratic as Mercury clashes with Uranus. Thoughts may race, plans may change suddenly, or conversations may take unexpected turns. This isn’t a day to force decisions. Flexibility is key. Let new information arrive without reacting immediately—it’s part of a larger recalibration.

February 6, 2026

As the week closes on Friday, Mercury enters Pisces, and the tone softens noticeably. Logic gives way to intuition. The mind becomes more imaginative, empathetic, and emotionally attuned. This is where integration happens—not through analysis, but through feeling. Pay attention to dreams, subtle cues, and what resonates beneath words. You don’t need all the answers yet; you just need to listen.

February 7, 2026

With Saturn in the final degrees of Pisces, there’s a need to flush out what no longer aligns so that a sense of order can return. Life begins to feel less reactive and more coherent. The load lightens as support systems strengthen, and alignment is restored through shared effort rather than strain.

For Ongoing Self-Care

Periods of collective uncertainty can amplify stress and mental overload.
