May 2025 Wellness Astrology Forecast

Mantra for May 2025:

“I build a world I believe in, one courageous choice at a time.”

Every planetary transit this month interacts with specific organs, emotional patterns, and energy pathways. When approached with presence and care, May becomes a profound portal for nervous system recalibration, energetic detox, and sacred re-structuring.

Taurus season supports the throat, neck, and nervous system, helping us stabilize and soften after the fiery start of spring. Then, as the Sun moves into Gemini, we’re invited to rise into mental agility, clear communication, and cognitive refinement.

Whether you're feeling emotionally raw, spiritually stuck, or just physically full, this month is a call to slow down, listen in, and rebuild with clarity. Each week offers a new opportunity to realign through body-based wisdom, essential oils, healing tools, and energetic practices I use and trust in clinic.

If you feel like you’ve been doing all the work and still aren’t “there,” this month is here to remind you: progress isn’t linear, and healing isn’t performative. May brings both pressure and possibility. If you're carrying everything — family, business, healing — this is the moment to drop the weight, not the mission.

The deeper truth? You're not blocked. You're in a spiritual restructuring.

Start again. Speak clearly. Move gently. Build the life that your nervous system can actually sustain.

May begins with Mars in Leo opposite Pluto in Aquarius, generating potent friction between personal willpower and collective transformation. Mars represents cellular energy and inflammation, while Pluto probes into psychological trauma and regeneration. The opposition brings deep tension that could manifest as adrenal fatigue, cardiovascular strain, or sudden hormonal shifts. Those prone to stress-related issues might feel the burn—literally. We may also experience burnout unless we enforce a work-rest balance. I suggest my supplement Core Level Adrenal to rebuild adrenal resilience and emotional stamina. Incorporate morning HIIT sessions or breath-of-fire to direct Mars energy constructively.

On May 2, Venus conjuncts Neptune, creating a dreamy, romantic, and spiritually inspired energy for about one week. This alignment heightens creativity and compassion but may also bring a tendency to idealize situations, particularly in love and finances. Use this day to connect with your higher aspirations while remaining grounded in reality.

However, be warned—there is a destabilizing energy affecting insulin regulation and fluid retention. You may be prone to emotional eating and escapist behaviors. Think sugar cravings, emotional imbalance, and immune dips.

Aside from that, it’s a good time for healing music, a sound bath, or float therapy—engage in art or gentle water rituals.

WEEK 1: DETOX + REWIRED VITALITY

May 4 – May 10

The week opens under the deep, detoxifying shadow of Pluto retrograde (May 4), activating your lymph, colon, and psyche. If you're experiencing skin flare-ups, constipation, hormonal crashes, or sleep disruption, this is your body purging old trauma pathways and psychic noise.

This is an excellent time to begin gentle physical detox alongside emotional support. I recommend Detox Blend. Begin dry brushing before bed, soak your feet in salt, and limit digital noise—your EMF field is under pressure. Pluto's retrograde isn't cute—but it’s cleansing.

Cinco de Mayo (May 5) brings a charged, celebratory vibe. But for sensitives, it may feel overwhelming. If you're feeling the urge to escape into food, noise, or social obligation, pause. You’re not broken. You’re just overstimulated. That’s your nervous system talking.

By May 7, Mercury conjuncts Chiron in Aries, forming a sextile to Jupiter in Gemini. This is a neurological reset point. If you’ve been working on reprogramming thought patterns or recovering from burnout, this is your golden hour. Try meditation, breathwork, or a quiet morning of coding or writing to process the downloads.

If you're feeling tension in your jaw, thyroid, or vocal cords by the end of the week, that's Mercury entering Taurus (May 10). The body is slowing down. The mind is resisting. Speak only what feels honest and massage some chakra 5 oil on the jaw to get things open and flowing or if you feel like you're losing your voice.

WEEK 2: HEART RELEASE + NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET

May 11 – May 17

Mother’s Day (May 11) lands under a sensitive sky. This year, the Scorpio Full Moon (May 12) is intense—inviting deep emotional release, ancestral grief, and profound repair around the maternal line. If you're feeling teary, irritable, or overwhelmed—don’t suppress it. Let the waters move.

This Full Moon also opposes Uranus in Taurus, triggering nervous system spasms, gut tension, and hormonal unpredictability. You may feel like you’re detoxing emotions you didn’t even know were in your body. Support your vessel with Core Level Liver + Kidney, Total Leaky Gut, and the Scorpio Blend. Use a warm towel over your abdomen with Digestive System blend before bed.

On the same day, the Sun combusts Uranus—overloading your electromagnetic field. Migraines, sleep issues, and EMF hypersensitivity are common. I highly recommend NADH, Core Level Magnesium, and a strict device cut-off time in the evening. Use Firewall Blend on the soles of the feet or behind the neck to ground scattered frequency.

This week is about letting go of the emotional load you were never meant to carry alone. Whether it’s family expectations, financial pressure, or spiritual burden—release doesn’t mean failure. It means you’re evolving.

WEEK 3: PLEASURE, POWER + RESTRUCTURING

May 18 – May 24

Jupiter sextiles Chiron on May 18, delivering a beautifully timed healing opportunity. This is where the spiritual meets the practical. If you’ve done deep emotional work and still feel stuck—especially in love or creativity—this week can open that gate.

Creative and sexual energy will flow again around May 22, when Venus trines Mars. Use it well. This is a potent moment for sacral and heart chakra restoration. If you’re navigating hormonal issues, low libido, or creative blocks, bring in Core Level Ovary or Prostate, Co-Q-10 Plus, and the Sensual + Erotic Blends.

Sun trine Pluto (May 24) reinforces your regenerative capacity. This is a phenomenal time to start a new fitness practice, begin gentle strength training, or engage in sacred sweat (infrared saunas, hot yoga, breathwork). You're meant to feel power in your body again—not just pressure.

This week is also where you’ll begin to restructure your systems—emotionally, professionally, and spiritually. If you’re still living in “fight or flight,” now is the time to begin nervous system retraining. The window is open.

WEEK 4: SOVEREIGNTY + NEW DIRECTION

May 25 – May 31

May 25 is a pivot point. Saturn enters Aries, kicking off a major karmic cycle. Saturn here is sharp—it requires clarity, boundaries, and responsibility. But it also brings healing around masculine energy: betrayal, abandonment, or father wounds. This can manifest physically as headaches, eye tension, or chronic jaw clenching. Support with Core Level Pituitary, Firewall Blend, and somatic tracking practices.

Also on May 25, Mercury conjuncts Uranus, delivering breakthroughs, genius ideas, and scattered thinking. Sleep may be elusive, and tech glitches are common. Step outside. Ground your bare feet. Drink water. Let your nervous system reset.

Memorial Day (May 26) may feel quieter than usual. Consider using it to reflect, write, or reconnect with ancestral lineage. Grief doesn’t always show up loud. Sometimes it’s a dull ache asking to be heard.

On May 27, the New Moon in Gemini arrives, offering a powerful mental and energetic reset. This lunation is ideal for clearing digital noise, planting seeds of thought, and reclaiming your inner voice. Gemini rules the lungs and nervous system—start the day with breathwork, a tech-free morning, or silent journaling. Let your mind detox as deeply as your body.
